   I have had the pleasure of renting with AS residential since 2023, and the entire process / experience has been exceptional. Throughout our tenancy, we have had the opportunity to work with Karen and Ashleigh, both of whom are incredibly professional, kind, friendly, and efficient. Any maintenance queries or general queries about the apartment, were handled promptly, though those were minimal due to the property being in excellent condition throughout, thanks to their diligence. Karen was our main point of contact and she was always responsive, and accommodated us with contractors visiting as we both worked full time. Our decision to leave AS residential is solely due to needing a bigger home. Upon informing AS, they were proactive in keeping us updated with any new listings that would suit us, offering us viewings, and giving us timely notice for any viewings commencing in our property. This has been greatly appreciated. For anyone considering renting through AS, I couldn’t recommend them enough, you can expect an absolute breezy experience, and amazingly kept properties. We hope we can work with you guys again in the future! Also, a massive shoutout for Karen for always dropping my parcels into our doorway. Without you I’d probably never receive them!

   I have had the pleasure of renting with AS Residential for 2 years and it has been nothing short of top quality. The process for renting was stress free and straightforward. When we moved into the property, everything was clean and clearly maintained to a high standard. During our 2 years tenancy, we have only had to report very minor maintenance work 3-4 times, all of which were dealt with in a professional and quick manner (fixed within 3 days or less!). Coming from a maintenance background, it is very clear that a lot of time and research was taken when choosing their maintenance team. Anyone they have sent for repairs at the property have been great, very knowledgeable. Ashleigh and Karen always carry themselves in a professional, understanding and friendly manner. They have been a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond consistently. I would 100% recommend renting/buying properties with AS Residential to anyone and hope to cross paths with them again in the future. They are by far the best letting agency I have come across in Belfast and set a high standard.

   We have a single rental property with AS Residental - our retirement nest egg - hopefully. It's very important to us that it is managed well. We've been with AS since forever, most of the time the property being far from our consciousness, mainly due to Ashleigh's dynamic nature and work ethic. When we are called on to get involved because of new legal regulations, or to make calls on larger work items, i very much appreciate Ashleigh's candour in relation to the cost vs value discussions - do it now, do it once and do it right... and its gets done.

   Trying to move house during a pandemic is stressful, Ashleigh showed me round the property (which I have now moved in to) - she was friendly & professional, & helped remove some of the stress of rental applications! Upon moving in, she/the agency took care of any issues that arose with the property quickly, sorting electricians and blind fitters, and communicating with the property owner on my behalf. I have found them to be helpful, and, so far, the best lettings agency I have ever dealt with. Thank you Ashleigh for all your help!

   AS Residential are one of the better estate agents I’ve worked with over the years. Everything was straightforward and any issues are sorted out quickly and efficiently. Karen in the office is an especial boon to the company, and is a joy to speak and work with. Unfortunately the interactions I’ve had with Ashleigh, the managing director, were decidedly lacking and so I would not recommend this agency to anybody. I found Ashleigh to display a lack of empathy or respect and an abundance of arrogance and condescension, and while she was always professional and followed up my queries efficiently, it was never with an ounce of acceptable customer service. In a small company like AS, one bad attitude can define your experience and because of this, 2 stars is all I can award.
