Came here on Sunday morning with my partner who had concerns about her cast following ankle surgery. Welcomed by a porter who quickly got her a wheelchair. Reception engaging and upbeat. Triage within 10 minutes by very nice nurse. Consultation within another 10mins with 2 very experienced nurses who agreed it was safe to replace the cast. Good job they did as partner had some pressure bruises. Cast removal and application was efficient and caring. The two nurses were super kind and advised us what was happening every step of the way. Thank you so much team for making this a positive experience. Love our NHS!

Feel like I lost a fair bit of dignity visiting this place, due to an injured ankle I was unable to walk so had to hop the entire duration of my visit. No offer of help from any of the staff or the option of using a wheelchair. I was seen fairly quickly due to high clinical need which is good, but it was humiliating having to subject myself to that indignity in front of everyone.

I went to the Cumberland Centre with a complication to a minor injury on Friday 12th September. Positive and efficient experience from reception to treatment and all sorted in two or three hours. I don't remember the name of the man on reception or the three female nurses in triage but all were friendly and efficient. I got good treatment from Emily and clear after treatment instructions. Thank you all.

I visited the Cumberland Centre with my sister, who had injured her knee. We were fortunate to be seen by a Polish practitioner, and I have to say—we were truly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He quickly assessed the situation, sent my sister for an X-ray, and later he gave medication that brought her fast relief. What stood out to us most was how confident and calm he was throughout the process. He clearly explained the next steps for knee care and gave us practical advice for recovery. It’s so comforting to meet a healthcare professional who not only speaks your language but also genuinely cares. We felt very well looked after. Thank you to the amazing practitioner who helped us that day!

Wow! What an experience. My husband broke his hand. I took him down there. The staff from start to finish were so pleasant and friendly. And quick to be seen. In and out in less than 2 hours. Thank you all so much for your care.

Just want to say thank you to the nurses and staff at the Cumberland Centre. Went in yesterday with a suspected fracture after a fall and the staff could not have looked after us better. Yes, we were in there a long time but were triaged and x-rayed promptly with painkillers administered. It was the end of a long shift for the staff but they were still positive and a pleasure to deal with.

Arrived at 09.00 was quickly seen by the triage nurse who was very good and friendly, said i needed to have an X-ray this was done within 15 minutes. After X-ray back to the triage nurse for results and left by 09.45, excellent service and nice staff.

I cannot praise this place enough they are kind and helpful. The nurse I saw Louise was such a lovely person I felt really listened to unfortunately if my dr had taken the care she did last week my illness would have been cleared up and wouldn't have any need to go to Cumberland what a pity there is not more Louise's about

Took my son there they said it was a 2 hour wait but he was there for four hours, being given nothing for his problem just told in the end to call his doctor on Tuesday, in fareness they were busy but we got there at 9.30 am didn't leave till 1.40pm. Time the doctors started seeing their patients again stop fobbing us off with phone calls you can't see the problems that way, give the Cumberland centre a break everyone turning up there because they can't see their own doctor.
