   Can't recommend them enough! Managed to get me in for a same day appointment after I did my neck in the previous week. Took the time to learn how the injury may have come about, then focused on the problem zones during the massage, and answered any questions I had about aftercare. Very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. And, most importantly, I could feel the difference David was making even during the massage, and within a day I was pain free. Two days later I have full range of motion back in my neck and shoulder. If I ever get another training injury (or just sleep funny...) I know where to go.

   One of the best massages I’ve ever had! I went in with an extremely stiff neck and shoulders and within the hour I could feel the different in both areas, I left being able to move without any pain or tension in the areas, very thorough and knew exactly what he was doing. I was made to feel at ease from begging to end, can’t recommend enough! Will be coming back again

   Thank you so much for the massage but particularly your advice and recommended exercises to improve mobility and pain reduction in my shoulder.    Great treatment, David really takes care to learn about any injuries you have and the activities you do beforehand. Very accommodating - I could adjust the room temperature and adjust the level of the massage. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I got all my knots out. Would recommend!

   I had been getting severe migraines for over 5 weeks and the doctors could not figure out why, I had a 1 hour appointment with David and I’m now completely pain free! He discovered some tightness and knotting in my left shoulder and completely resolved my issue. I woke up the next morning feeling absolutely amazing and I highly recommend these guys to anyone.    I first visited the clinic in 2016 seeking help with a lower back injury and general muscle tightness. David was very knowledgeable and provided me with outstanding treatment, soon after a few sessions an injury that had been troubling me for around a year was fixed! (I had previously sort treatment elsewhere which did not seem to help). I no longer live in Plymouth, however I have recently traveled the 320 mile round trip to visit the clinic for treatment and would not go anywhere else. A very clean, professional and calm atmosphere. - I fully reccomend the Clinic to anyone seeking good quality treatment at fair prices. Thank you so much for your help. - Ryan
