   I think it speaks for its self that all the positive reviews are of people selling or buying homes. If you are renting they are terrible, repairs forgotten about. Actually getting any repairs done is genuinely like pulling teeth, I have given them chances time and time again but it’s just too much now. If you’re renting AVOID

   Completely unprofessional. Terrible company, terrible service. Have had 2 viewings in the past week with their properties traveling 90 minutes return to get to each viewing. First viewing was advertised as 3 bed - when we showed up, “not HMO - you may as well leave the premises”. The second viewing - when I arrived on site in the morning (after getting a reminder text - you have a viewing - at 5pm the night before), was greeted by a builder who kindly let me know he was here for work and that he thinks it’s already been let agreed. I received no notice the viewing was cancelled, not even a text... even though they had no problem texting me the night before.. when I called the office they then even went so far as to claim they couldn’t get in touch with me that my number was broken....ridiculous... I’ve had to take 4 hours off work for 2 viewings, and am so let down. It’s hard enough to find a place to live in today’s housing climate, without having letting agents mess you around on top. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
