   Many thanks to wonderful Chestnut Unit at Derriford. My husband and I spent nearly the full day there yesterday for various tests and procedures. Everyone was helpful, kind and efficient. Too numerous to mention all by name, but Mr Hunter Campbell, Ali and Patti were especially good. They all helped to make what was a somewhat daunting day into a very satisfactory and positive experience, and we were pleased to leave with a viable, practised and practical action plan to improve ongoing quality of life.

   I have just been for a surgical procedure with this department and was very tense about it. They could not be nicer people, and organised everything for me from transport to reception to smiles. Their post-op care was splendid. They made a frightening experience as nice and as easy as it could be, and I am left thinking they are a highly organised and person-oriented unit, and I send my sincere thanks to everyone. Neat stitching!
