   I would like to share some comments about working with this agency. I do not recommend and strongly advise against it. This place definitely needs a new fresh breeze, ideas and a plan for its activities in terms of sales and probably renting apartments and houses. Lack of communication, level of customer service, zero knowledge about the investment being sold and care for the buyer leaves much to be desired. It is worth considering investing more in training, getting to know investors and educating them about the properties sold in your office. The worst experience I have ever had, and I hope you can fix your mistakes and be successful in the future. Good luck.

   Having used many letting agents in Belfast Area I can say pinpoint have been excellent. I am on my second year in a property with the pinpoint and the process, communication from them and response time when I’ve needed any assistance has been great! I have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family. Jack and Nicola is ywho I have main dealt with and the professionalism is levels above any other agency I’ve dealt with.

It’s a pleasure to deal with Jack, he is very professional and has a great understanding of the local property rental market.    I have had a great experience selling my property with Pinpoint. From the valuation with Ben to the support from the selling agent Susie, the process has been seamless. Susie is so approachable and helpful. The added bonus of Ieuan facilitating weekend viewings meant we got more interest. I would recommend Pinpoint and their agents to anyone wishing to sell a property.

   My experience for looking a property to rent in Belfast was not pleasant as the assistance from pinpoint property as letting agent were not great. First, the agent got 45 minutes late on our scheduled viewing of the property and then apparently, the keys he brought was not working in the property so we had to reschedule. Second, the agents were not returning calls as promised so we have to call from time to time to ensure viewing schedule for that property. Third, the second agent who assist us in our scheduled viewing seemed disinterested to work as agent there as he was very cold/ had no welcoming vibe to people who are viewing the property. The only people who are great in this property agent are the ladies who answer our calls who were very kind and polite.

   I rented a property from Pinpoint 2020 to 2021. I must say have after having dealt with a fair few cowboy letting agencies in the past that it was great to to rent from an honest and responsive agency. They'd send someone out immediately if there was any issues with any of the appliances in the flat and would respond quite quickly to any queries I had. It was Nikolai and Liam I mainly dealt with who were very pleasant and affable.
