Had two interactions with this agency, both as a potential buyer of a property. On the first one, we had entered the buying process and had agreed on a price; but this agent seemed intent on creating obstacles and point scoring rather than trying to make sure that the sale went through. It was genuinely exasperating. There was hassle and refusal to share information along the way that made me feel uneasy about the sale and this was a big part of why I withdrew my offer. The property was then re-listed (and presumably sold) 3-ish months later for £55K less than the price I had offered. The second interaction, this morning, was regarding viewing a property. I called last week and made an appointment to view a property this Thursday (today is Tuesday). This agent's office called during the work day to ask if I could move my appointment earlier to accommodate them. I told them I could and we agreed on the new appointment time. They then said that they'd be calling me again on the morning of the appointment (in two days time), presumably again during the work day, to confirm that I'd be going to the appointment that they had rescheduled. I asked not to receive this call, and was told this was not possible; so I cancelled the appointment. From a buyers point of view this agency has been very poor on how they handle potential customers; if I was trying to sell a place I'd avoid them like the plague.
Really great experience dealing with with both Hannah and Vanessa. Hannah handled our application for a rental property and has been extremely professional, friendly, and proactive. We have been really impressed by how transparent and straightforward the rental procedure is with this agency and would highly recommend dealing with them on the basis of the interactions we have had with their excellent staff.
First of all I think this real estate agent need to improve the customer service for tenants. With the exception of Hannah which is really professional. Several increases in the last 2 years. I was renting an old, dark and cold terrace house for the initial value of £450 before the pandemic and jump to £575 with 5 months an half notice in 2021 and they asked me for another £100 increase in 2022. Leave the house cost me %40 of 2 month deposit
