canceled meeting 30 minutes before the visit. waste of time and fuel. the man at the reception was incompetent.
Don’t even bother going to these. They cancel appointments just 15 mins before your supposed to go. Takes weeks and weeks of chasing up to get another appointment. Decided to go elsewhere
Following a positive start with physio by a very dedicated physiotherapist, I have been extremely disappointed by the failures within the administrative staff. I was asked to sign a blank iPad screen to authorise a request to Bupa for further physio. I was never copied into any correspondence and to this day (approx 9 weeks on) I do not know what documentation my signature has been used for! I was promised copies of the documents again today. However, they failed to send them again. I have been in pain for several months and I was told it could take up to 30 days before they can send me the report, due to medical records procedures. Meanwhile, I’m unable to access further physiotherapy or discuss my treatment with Bupa as I don’t have access to my medical records! This has been extremely unhelpful and very frustrating!!
First class treatment. Exceptional skills , not only does Jacek provide a practical means of recovery which works he explains the reasoning behind it. On more than one occasion I went in with pain and left pain free. I nicknamed him Mr Miyagi ! He is very knowledgeable and has a friendly personality.
