Was served by a delightful young man (can't remember his name but was wearing light blue cargo jeans) He was polite, efficient and helped me choose the right sizes. We were in and out of the shop quickly. The whole experience was effortless. Thank you young man.

Wow, what a fabulous shop for school uniform. This has undoubtedly been the most pleasant uniform shopping experience I've had in 7 years! I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the store (having never been there before) that it was air conditioned and spacious inside. I had booked a secondary school uniform fitting for my son and Amy who helped us was excellent. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the store and the fact that everything could be tried on without any pressure before buying.
I want to share my bad experience happening in this shop. I was there couple of weeks ago with my three kids, 13,4 and 19 months baby. After we finished with the shopping as it was quite busy we needed to wait a bit more at the counter my 4 years got bored and she put an eraser into her mouth, then the laidy manager she started shouting it I have paid for that eraser, my daughter she got really scared and she started crying like she did something horrible, I told the laidy I wil pay for that, it was only £1, not a big deal. That was not really nice of her.
Excellent staff . Friendly , calm, professional and efficient. They are very busy but they work through the customers very quickly. I left with a full uniform within an hour. Alicia served me and she was fantastic .
This appears to be Uniform 4 kids not Howard Bros. A helpful lady sales assistant showed me a massive book with loads of prices for different schools. Each of apparently many schools having a whole list of items from blazers to ties, to caps, trousers, all varying in price with some of the blazers listed around £30 and ties around £7 .
We experienced excellent customer service when purchasing a complete new school uniform for our son, on a Saturday 3 weeks ago. Arsala and Jenny (who assisted us) and all the other staff that we talked to were very helpful and we were given plenty of time to make our choices. Thank you!
Outstanding customer service. Following the sizing guidelines online, I ordered my daughter's uniform online yesterday afternoon and it was ready to collect from the shop this morning. Excellent system in store, great social distancing, friendly staff, and all items present and fitting beautifully. Although even if they weren't, I had the peace of mind of knowing I could do a contactless return to the shop for a refund. Very, very pleased.
