First time for me, was a bit apprehensive, but didn't need to be. What a lovely lady, she made me feel so at ease and is very knowledgeable. She is a qualified Audiologist. It was easy to park there too, which was a bonus. Would highly recommend for anything ear/hearing related.
I went to see Sarah today to get my ears checked, and she was brilliant. She had a proper look and found that nothing needed doing, which was a relief. She also took the time to explain that the tube behind my eardrum was a bit congested and gave me some really useful advice on what to do about it. I was expecting a much bigger bill, but she only charged £10 for her time and expertise – which I thought was incredibly fair. Friendly, professional, and honest – I’d definitely recommend her.

Myself and my husband visited Sarah today. It was an extremely positive experience. Sarah managed to give our ears a full MOT. She was extremely informative and friendly. I visited Sarah today for the first time. I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive as I've never had ear wax removed. Sarah made me feel at ease straight away. Very friendly and explained what to expect. She also said that only 1 ear needed clearing and explained how I could clear it myself. She could quite easily have said both needed clearing and charged for both. Very honest. Highly recommend and would have no hesitation on going back should I need to another time x
