   Mike was great I rang up on Thursday night and he went out the way to find me the best deal and the right van for the job. He was polite professional from the first call to collection on Friday and returning on Monday. To be fair all the people on the desk were polite and professional to everyone they engaged with. I would always return here if I needed another hire.

   Amazing hire company based in Telford. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Due to me being unwell on the day the car needed returning the company were so accommodating and for an additional £10.00 came and picked the car upto save me stressing about getting it back to them. The little hire car we had was very clean and well looked after. Cheap to run around in for the week and to hire the car for the week was really reasonable too. Would defo recommend.

   These guys are awesome. Let's just say I'm a convert to Hertz from Enterprise because of what the SSH team did and how they did it. Last minute request for a large automatic sedan, done. Then swap to another car, again automatic, to get me back to Heathrow, done. No fuss, no bother. Thanks guys, you made our vacation.

   Beware there are 2 Hertz offices shown by Google in Telford and I went to the wrong one initially. I think Hertz should have Google correct this. However, once there, the staff were very friendly and helpful and called a taxi for me to get to the train station. The taxi arrived in 5 minutes and its a 15 minute journey at most, to Telford Central at about £6 fare.
