   Doctor Payne is excellent and the only doctor who listened to me in 3 years. Got me the surgery i needed within a month. When all other doctors said i need needed physio. I would be dead without her. She also followed uo with me for months out of pure kindness. She did more than a private doctor i paid over £1000 in a week. Also the reception team is great.

   Just moved out of the catchment area so having to find a new doctors surgery and genuinely sad at having to find a new one. Tavyside have always been super helpful and efficient in all the time I’ve been with them with every appointment and you can clearly see how much they care about their patients and want what’s best for them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone living in the area looking for a reliable and trustworthy surgery, they’re honestly one of the best I’ve, and other members of my family, have experienced!

   This isn’t our usual pharmacy, Every pharmacy within our local area were unable to provide the medication we required. The staff were incredible staying open longer then the usual opening hours for us so that we were able to get the essential medication for my grandfather. They helped us remain calm in a stressful situation and went above and beyond what their role requires them to do

   Not great. They offered me a telephone appointment but didn't get round to calling me for the appointment so I called them. Was told one thing by the receptionist who told me to fill out an online contact form, and got a reply with contradicting information. Seems like they're making it up as they go along and fobbing people off. No wonder Derriford is full when urgent needs are being dismissed.

   First class service from Claire at Lifton Dispensery today. Claire is always friendly, helpful and very efficient but today she was exceptional. Claire liaised with Exeter Hospital and quickly obtained details of the medication that was required for my husband. Without her input he would not have been able to continue his treatment after discharge from an emergency stay. Thank you Claire, we feel lucky to have you and our fantastic surgery at Lifton.

   I would like to recognise Dr Joyce Bloomfield for being the most genuine, caring Doctor I have had the pleasure of being seen by in 9 years of attending the practice. Dr Bloomfield is an asset to the surgery (and there are many great Dr at Tavyside/Lifton Surgery) she has been very informative and calming in delivering her prognosis. 10/10 in my opinion. Please pass on my sincere gratitude for her companion, approachability and bedside manner. Thank you for taking the time to invest in my health x

   Receptionists are very accommodating and always try to help. The doctors really listen to our concerns and are very sensitive with children. Dr Coldron's help in particular has been life changing in different longterm conditions.

   Made an appointment today for my childs flu jab and was told that an appointment was available that afternoon , so like a shot I excepted. After waiting 20 minutes after her appointment time my daughter went into the nurse for her vaccine to be told sorry we dont have any vaccines left. OMG I couldn't believe what she was saying. How can anyone not know how many vaccines they have per patient. And why was I not contacted earlier.My view was of total incompetency from the person in question and because of this I am moving my whole family to a different practice.

   I don't usually bother with reviews and I dont usually go to theDoctors. Recently I've had to go a few times though in a short period of time and every single time has been fantastic. The Doctors are incredibly helpful and efficient and the reception staff are absolutely fine to deal with. I'm not sure what the issue is regarding reception staff. I'm very pleased to be a patient at this venue I feel very looked after and that my best interests are their interests too.
