From the initial greeting through to collection each of the staff members were friendly, polite and efficient. With the relevant discounts and offers I saved a lot of money off original price of glasses. Lovely glasses and the new prescription lenses have made me realise how much my eye sight had deteriorated. I am extremely happy with my purchases.
Tracey who triaged the initial call was kind and appreciated the concern surrounding my one eye with remaining vision. John in store was also kind and helpful. Bill, the optician, was excellent. His examination and subsequent explanation was very reassuring and also provided important information and advice on how to alleviate my ongoing eye problem that was affecting my vision. Altogether I cannot thank the team enough and am grateful for their time and excellent care.
I suffered with a loss of hearing for over 8 years not able to go swimming or put my head under water visits to my Doctors surgery for hearing test and syringing and never got any better. I visited Spec Savers in Plymouth where the staff were very helpful and advised me that my ears were almost blocked. I paid a one off fee and they told me to go away and use olive oil for a week and come back. On my return visit they were again very attentive and managed to clear my ears perfectly where my Doctors surgery couldn't and didn't charge me any more money. My hearing hasn't been as good as this for 10 years, fantastic thank-you Spec Savers.
From the first appointment to check my vision to the fitting of my glasses every visit was perfect.i was welcomed as I went in, the staff friendly and helpful you felt very special. I was helped with the choice of frames and I love the look. Everything was explained as you went through the different stages. I would definitely recommend Specsavers to anyone. Having the subscription have made my life easier, I don't need to worry about getting new contact lenses every three months. They are very friendly and helpful. I just had my check up and it is always reassuring to count with such a great service.
Good experience, also went for the extra test to check health of eyes, lots of information given. Started AMD and cataracts so annual checks now decided. New prescription also so new glasses bought with 2 week turnaround.
Told us to wait for about 15 minutes for someone to adjust the arms of my granddaughter's glasses. We were asked to sit around the corner until called. No problem except when we'd been there nearly an hour,I told my daughter to find out what was happening as i felt that they'd quite obviously forgotten we were waiting. When she did ask, another lady looked on the screen and there was nothing on the computer about my granddaughter waiting at all. However, then we were seen almost immediately. So bit of a mix up, but it meant no time left to do the shopping I'd also intended to do whilst in Plymouth ,having come over car ferry from Cornwall.
Friendly staff gave great advice on which ones to pick. My chosen glasses arrived very promptly and when in store, they made final adjustments to create the perfect fit. Very happy and want to get a 2nd pair after the service received. Armada way store was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend.
I've been using this store for over 8 years. Never had a problem with the staff all very polite and helpful. Great choice of frames. My last two eye test's have been with B. Coultas ....very good takes time to answer any questions and explains things very clearly can't recommend enough.
Great experience! Made a same day appointment and got in right away. I was a couple minutes late but didn't have to wait long to be seem.The front desk staff and the assistants were very nice and helpful. The optician (Tom P) is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the testing room I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my appointment
