Popped in with a pair of glasses bought elsewhere and needing repair. They were repaired quickly and without fuss by a very helpful gentleman. Twice I've been in here and twice I've received excellent service.
Specsavers- Saltash I attended for my eye test and purchased 2x sets of glasses due to my sight adjusting. Taymar who completed my test was lovely and really friendly. I also dealt with Kim and Sian who also had been really friendly. Everyone was polite, respectful and easy to be around making the appointment nice and easy. Thank you.
All the staff were great except Kim Heywood. She was very rude accusing me of being late. Arranged appointment for 1530, after 5 calls over 4 days chopping and changing the appointment time by your staff. Called by your staff *approx 1400hrs to attend at 1530. She tried saying I was late as she said the appointment was 1525hrs. A time never mentioned to me or my partner. Then made out she was doing us a favour by not cancelling and rebooking. Then to cap it all she took me to the mens frame and had to be told by another staff member that she was in the wrong section Her attitude stank. She really let your company down. She needs attitude adjustment.
Very prompt and courteous service from the moment I entered the store. Staff were friendly, polite & very helpful. Clean and tidy environment, staff smart & professional.
What can I say I always dislike going two appointments as I’ve got a child that’s front level so she’s very hyper and hectic all the time but the staff here are absolutely amazing. They deal with her like she had no worries and no problems whatsoever truly wouldn’t go to any other Specsavers except for our Specsavers, they truly are amazing.
Arrived by my car radio , 5 mins late due to broken down bus. Walked in with my husband and before we could speak was told(not quietly ) that he was to late. No chance to explain.i then gave my husband my appointment which wasn't for another20 minutes and he went straight in. I obviously when asked to rebook declined. I found the attitude of the lady very unprofessional. After paying for hubby's glasses we left. My specs are normally around 200 so it's so someoneelse will gain. Never had this issue before and left very unhappy.
Close to home, no need to go into Plymouth. Staff very friendly, what's not to like.

Terrible service! I initially reported that I am Ukrainian and I don't understand English very well. They picked up glasses such that it is impossible to wear them. My head is spinning when you put them on and my head hurts. Glasses are just for looking into the distance. I don't just look into the distance, but I also look under my feet if I walk down the street, and at the objects that surround me nearby. When I asked to make other glasses so that I could comfortably use them and look into the distance and look at objects nearby, the staff said that I had to pay money for other glasses. Firstly, full eye testing and the manufacture of glasses for Ukrainians is free, and secondly, why should I pay money for mistakes made by employees who made glasses for me that I can't use. In the end, the lenses were put in glasses a little weaker, but I can't use them still. I do not recommend using the services of this glasses and lenses salon
I was there early for an appointment, and have issues which mean I need to use the restroom urgently. I asked if they could use their bathroom, she said they don’t have “public” toilets (even though I’m a customer). She said it would be fine if I returned 15 minutes later, sending me to a public toilet. It was closed but I was back within 20 minutes of my appointment and she refused to see me. Appalling service and understanding of diverse needs.
