   Have recently used this office for the sale of a property. From the first visit which included initial valuation to the final meeting when keys were handed over I can only praise and commend the service I received. Richard and others in the office were always on their game when it came to the sale of a property which can be stressful for the seller. However Richard and the team did everything to ensure I was informed of every key moment in the process and were always on hand to deal with any queries or concerns I might have had. A pleasure to do business with and an agent I would recommend for future sales or purchase transactions.

Richard is a very experienced estate agent and always demonstrates extensive knowledge and history about the houses he sells.    This was the first time that we have both sold and bought at the same time and didn't know what the process entailed. Polly was fantastic and explained the whole process thoroughly before we put our house up for sale. The reason why we picked this agency was due to their enthusiasm for our property and their belief that they could sell it and that's what they did!! I also found that they were very fair in their valuation. I strongly believe the whole agency worked so hard to sell our property, in particular Polly as it was a very unique property and they managed to do it in 4 months. Polly regularly kept in touch with us to let us know what was happening and she was regularly on the phone to solicitors to chase up any problems. I would like to thank Polly, Aaron, Andrea and Sophie for all their hard work and I would strongly recommend this agency to all my friends and family!

   This was my first time renting a property and I have to say that Polly at Simon Brien, Newtownards was fantastic! From dealing with my initial enquiry, right through to the final signing of the lease, Polly kept me fully informed on a daily basis every step of the way. And even once the lease was signed, she made her self available to be contacted at any time if I had any issues once I had moved in. Great staff can sometimes be hard to come by,, but Polly is a huge asset to Simon Brien Residential. Great job! Thanks again!

   As a nervous first time buyer, Simon Brien Newtownards gave us absolutely nothing to think of or worry about! We were stuck in the house buying process for just under a year and they handled every part of it with professionalism and ease, keeping us up to date consistently (often going over and beyond to answer queries and reassure us when things did get chaotic). First class service by first class people! A particular "Thank You" from us has to be expressed to Andrea, Polly and Sophie who made the most stressful process go an absolute breeze - we wouldn't be in our Dream Home without them!
