   I booked a very last minute appointment as my little boy broke his glasses at school and his prescription was out of date. We needed a full eye test and glasses. The staff could not have done more for us. My little one has anxiety over having photos of his eyes taken due to emergency eye trauma a few years ago. The lady was so patient and made sure he felt comfortable and even brought him and his brother sweets at the end. The whole process was quick, easy and done with kindness. We will never use anywhere else moving forward.

   Everyone was really professional and friendly and really accommodating. I was impressed by the girl that did my eye test and the optician had the most perfect ears I've ever seen on a human. (I had to focus on his ear when he put a light in my eyes) I got seen straight away and managed to get a good discount because of my Tesco club card. The examination and test were done really well, you can tell the staff here are qualified. They even offered me a chair while I was waiting to be picked up. A very clean and professional place to go.

   Very good service, was seen as soon as I arrived , very good check over of my eyesight and was told that I could have varifocals or 2 separate pairs of glasses , went with varifocals and picked a great pair of glasses from the vast selection on offer.
