   Fantastic service throughout eye test & receiving my glasses. This was my 1st visit & was so so much better than my past experiences at a very well known optician chain (who were horrendous). The eye tests were explained clearly, the staff professional & friendly. The lady who helped me choosemy frames knew exactly what would suit me & my chosen frames are perfect for me. As for the lens results, they are spot on. A pair for reading & a pair for longer distance, both are perfect. Very happy & will be staying with Vision Express from here on. 5 star all around.

   Have been coming to Vision Express for many years (and prior to that Batemans that you took over, a total of over 35 years). As usual eye tests etc were first class but initially I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I understand that all the staff were busy but a simple "someone will be with you soon" from one who was passing would have been appreciated.

   I recently purchased a pair of glasses from this store, at a price of £180.00. After a month, the arm broke off, due to a weak design. After visiting the store, I was advised my the manager that I would have to pay £90.00 to rectify. A similar situation happened a couple of years ago, when I purchased a pair from Specsavers, who gladly offered to swap the frames for a new pair, due to obvious quality issues. I will not return to vision express.

   Came in to look at frames for some new glasses. No one approached us even though we were in there for at least 15 mins. Bit rude/poor customer service. But good choice of frames. Didn't buy with them though. Going elsewhere because of customer service.

   I only went in to browse as I get my glasses from another opticians but I found a style I liked. I explained I didn’t know my new prescription to one of the staff and she offered to phone my normal opticians and was able to get my prescription over the phone! I was so impressed and ordered the glasses there and then. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but thank you!

   Great service from start to finish, thorough and patient optician, then a lovely helpful lady helped me find the perfect glasses to suit me and on collection a lovely helpful man made sure I was happy with them and was very kind informative.
