   Thank you for your response - which has been noted - but may I respectfully ask that you also advise the public - via Facebook - notice in the window perhaps - it’s not an easy branch to access as parking is rarely available outside - and it would avoid parking and trudging the goods to your door - only to be turned away - just a suggestion

   I recent took two bags of clothing and bric a brac on the shop and met with a lovely lady - who was most appreciative. I was so impressed I made my husband clear out his very full wardrobe - washed and ironed 14 good quality shirts (including evening shirts) and walked to the shop (30 mins) only to be told that because of covid you were no longer accepting! She didn’t want to know about my earlier delivery - so sadly I put them by the textiles bin in sainsburys where others were putting theirs - such a waste

   This was a good while ago. But after being accused of stealing from this branch, (they'd had some thefts, therefore they were allowed to accuse anyone and everone apparently) and to then get fobbed off by the HQ. I stopped shopping with and donating to Sue Ryder. There are much better charities to support, so go elsewhere.
