   My partner booked this place for a 60th Birthday surprise for me . Originally, it was for the 4 of us, but my son's girlfriend was invited making the total party of 5, not a problem we thought as it was advertised as accommodating 5 people. My partner, thinking she was doing the right thing, sent numerous emails to the host explaining the situation, but had absolutely no response from them, eventually she went via booking.com to try and get an answer. Booking.com came back saying the host had said no to the 5th person, leading my partner no alternative but to cancel the booking, resulting in the complete loss of over £400 ! We still have not received an explanation from the host as to why she rejected the 5th member of our family even though it is advertised as accommodating 5 people ! We are now considering taking it to small claims court due to the complete lack of communication from the host. My advice, avoid this place at all cost.

   Beautiful location. It was clean. Thank you for the treats - scones (with clotted cream & jam) and a bottle of cava.
