I had a gait analysis with Charlie who was fantastic. He was totally honest and didn’t upsell anything I didn’t need. The range in this store isn’t massive but he found some trainers that were perfect for me and he was super helpful and friendly. Thanks Charlie!

Great experience at Runners Need. The store is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and is really spacious. I had a gait analysis appointment with John, who was super friendly, helpful and patient. He took the time to assess my stride, recommended shoes to support my overpronation, and even suggested a wide fit and going half a size up after measuring my feet. I’m pretty picky about colors, but he did his best to find options that worked for me while still meeting my needs. He brought out several pairs, let me walk around in them, and gave me solid advice without any pressure. Really great service—would definitely recommend!
Came here around lunchtime for a new pair of running shoes. The store is super spacious and Alistair was superb in serving me. He helped me try on a few different stability shoes and he really knew his stuff telling me about the differences between each shoe. He was also super patient and let me try on each shoe and run on the treadmill to let me feel how they are and also analyse my gait with video. It was perfect service because from previous experience it can feel rushed, or pressured to make a decision, whereas Alistair gave me the time and space to think whilst still giving informative and useful advice. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the market for some new running shoes!
