I visit this gym on Wolves fc matchdays through well hub and I must I Impressed with the hygiene, equipment and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. They could do with foam rollers and sky sports on the cardio machine.
Ok gym with Ok facilities but far to busy, classes can be hard to get onto and suana is quite often full, with people standing in there. Should be better considering it's triple the cost of other gym chains.
Ideal place for me. Lovely pools outside (in all weathers!) and inside. Steam room and sauna are sound, the gym seems to have just had all new equipment. Can get busy, but I tend to just go when it's quieter. The cafe is really nice and the changing room/showers are fine. I heard someone say they'll be replaced soon? It seems like management care about the place, which you want for the price. (The price also means if I need to I can use the other Nuffield gym when in Telford for work!)

This used to be a really nice gym some years ago but these days it's extremely over-subscribed and overpriced, yet the facilities are falling into a really manky state. The pool has swimming lessons every single evening and Saturdays which I think is a cheek given that these classes are paid and the cost of membership is so high. So as well as the fact that there's less pool for members to use, it has the atmosphere of a public baths with constant shouting from the poolside. It also looks like a rough leisure centre now with rust and peeling paint everywhere. And...It's so expensive! Where is the money going?The gym floor is sub par and the classes are always full, the popular ones are booked up all the way up to the limit of how far ahead you can book, so that's something I'm paying for that I can't even get. The gym floor is the only thing that doesn't feel overcrowded but I can get better facilities from a budget chain gym if I just wanted that, and for a fraction of the price. Needless to say I'm looking for a better deal, I really feel robbed.
Incredible facilities and polite staff. Dale is very polite and knowledgeable on what he does and is a very encouraging person to train with. I recommend 100 percent
agreeing with other comments randomly said the directors have said “were cutting costs” when this could of been easily resolved by asking paying members a even slight increase. Very dissappointed place needs a full re structure. Pay premium for half facillites, avoid like plague.
This gym many years ago used to be great but is now a shambles. Increased their monthly cost, yet reduced swimming and Jacuzzi facilities due to "energy price increases". Womens changing rooms constantly having work done to it so women have to get changed in the mens changing rooms. I would highly suggest people avoid this gym at all costs.
Trained at Nuffield Health while in the UK for a week. Facilities are first class and Damion Groom looked after me with a pass as my colleague has been training here for 20 Years. Great service and support of your members goes a long way. Would highly recommend.
Seriously overpriced and ugly outdated interior. Paying premium for the ‘hot tub’ which is now no longer even hot. On the other hand friendly staff and canteen area is a bonus Update 29/09/22 Some of the amenities are now closed to save energy, what a joke.
