Ian and colleague cleared front and rear gutters for me to a very high standard. Access to the rear of the property is really challenging but they managed to skilfully adapt their process to ensure the gutter was fully cleaned. I have no doubts in fully recommending Ian and the team to others and will be using them again for the next clean up. Great work at a great price!

Excellent service. Ian came and gave me a very fair quote within a few hours of contacting him and they did the job the next day. I was sent photos to show the gutters had been cleared out and they did a great job cleaning up the fascias. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
I recently used Fletchers Exterior Cleaning services to have my drive jet washed. They were quick to respond to my messages and acted in a professional manner. I was very happy with the result especially as the slabs hadn’t been cleaned for years and by the time they had finished they looked as good as new. I forgot to leave a review previously but I remembered after my windows were cleaned today. I have had the moss cleaned off my roof, vacuumed gutters front and back, cleaned facias and soffits. They also have cleaned my windows, frames and window sills several times since. Very happy every time with the service received, the price and how friendly Ian and Dan are. The guys came to clean my windows today At short notice as I had been let down They cleaned the windows with pure water As I wanted the window frames also cleaned A few of my windows are over a large conservatory they even managed to do those I’ve also booked in to have my gutters cleaned next week and my conservatory roof. Highly recommend and a very reasonable price
Sad to have to leave this review, great communication when enquired and quick response, however very poor standard of exterior window cleaning. When I went to check the windows they were still dirty as were the doors and the sills, dripping with water and had muck and cobwebs that hadn’t been removed. I had to request for them to be cleaned again, even then poor quality of clean, windows were left to dry naturally. When questioning this I was told this is normal, but now I have awful water streaks and spots. I was told I’d need a “deep clean” and more time to remove the marks which being 9months pregnant I was able to do with a wipe and the use of cif in a few seconds once they had left. Very disappointed in the quality, and would not recommend. I cannot understand how when cleaning windows you don’t actually remove all marks on windows and sills, surely this is the cleaning service clients are paying for.? If your 1st visit entails spraying with water and removing bare minimum dirt of the surface I would strongly advise you let customers know, so we can make an informed decision.
