   We’ve just purchased our first property through Langtown & Country and from the first viewing we were very happy. The team are professional and friendly at all times and communication was excellent throughout our process. Towards the end of our purchase there were some unexpected hiccups which Gemma tried her absolute best to get sorted and complete before our deadline - which we did! The team put up with many phone calls from us and passed on messages when relevant. Even when communication from our own solicitors got tough, Gemma still managed to get updates and keep us in the loop at all times. We can’t thank them all enough, including the team at complete ASAP who were also incredibly helpful! Thank you so much again

   James, Gemma & the team have been absolutely fantastic throughout. I genuinely cannot thank them enough. The sale of my property was initially listed with different company and had fallen through after a very lengthy & frustrating process. After signing up with Lang Town & Country, thinking that there was never any hope of getting a buyer quickly, my property was listed in a matter of days & even sold on the first viewing!!!! The team are knowledgeable, helpful & always return any calls or emails which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend, wouldn't use any other agent going forward!

   Claire Oliveira has been helping my family and I to secure a rental property over the past few weeks and the levels of communication, integrity and helpfulness that she's shown thus far are in a completely different league to most other agents - and I say that as someone who's rented for many years. In the current climate where rents and cost of living are soaring, having people like Claire who actually take the time for you and have a passion for their profession are incredibly important.    I have used LANG TOWN & COUNTRY as the management company of both my rental properties in Plymouth since 2016, and I can safely say that they have exceeded all my expectations. I trust them completely and I would not change to another company even if the conditions were cheaper. Claire is the most professional property manager you could ever find. She knows the Plymouth market very well, and has an instinct for finding the right responsible tenants, and getting all the paperwork done with the least possible delay. Becky, Christine & Nicky are all very efficient in maintaining the property and solving issues as soon as they happen. Landlords have access to a very comprehensive database of all tenant and maintenance history, certificates and service updates as they come up. Really optimum personalised service, always friendly and willing to work hard for both tenant and landlord. I cannot fault them.

   James Clarke and the team at Lang Town have been involved with Foliot House, our 21-unit development in Crownhill, from the start. Even before we purchased the site, James was instrumental in helping us appraise the deal, giving us the benefit of his local market knowledge and providing comparables to support our purchase. After we had purchased the building, James spent time helping us get floorplans just right for the target market, making suggestions that cleverly optimised the use of the space. The team at Lang Town have been proactive with sales and marketing throughout, liaising with our design team and ensuring early reservations were secured. James organised a successful launch weekend (thankfully just before the first lockdown in 2020), at which around half the units were reserved. Despite the global pandemic, Lang Town continued to market Foliot House, and secured all 21 sales before the end of the year - no small achievement given the dramatic events this year has thrown at us. From start to finish, Lang Town & Country have provided a professional, responsive and incredibly effective service. They have been relentless in progressing sales and Help To Buy applications, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to developers and homeowners alike.
