I’m currently in the process of buying my first house which is very daunting. Grace has done a couple of viewings with me and she has been amazing, very knowledgable about the properties she has shown me. She has also been incredibly personable and supportive, putting up with the fact I don’t really know what I’m doing! I’ve also spoken to a few different members of the Connells team on the phone and they have all been great.
I have just let through Connells Plympton. I cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly Toni. She saved me from the collapse of my property sale for a second time, as I couldn’t find anywhere to go. I was let down by other agents but Toni was determined to help me. I am so grateful for everything they have done.
As a first time buyer, I really didn’t know where to start or what to do. Charlie has been instrumental it getting the wheels in motion on our house buying journey. He has been so attentive to every single question I’ve had and without Charlie and Stuart keeping a clear line of communication with each other and with us, we wouldn’t have ever thought we could go for our dream property! Charlie knew from one simple conversation exactly what we were looking for and made sure we viewed plenty of different properties to be sure. I know we have a long journey of paperwork ahead of us now but I feel so confident that despite my lack of experience, I can call Charlie anytime and he will support us in making the best decisions. This is a much less scary process with Charlie, Stuart and the whole team in our court ☺️.
As soon as I entered the premises I was greeted by Becky who instantly made me feel most welcome. I was offered coffee a seat and we chatted briefly putting me at ease. My appointment with Stuart the mortgage advisor was fantastic very clear and proffisonal giving great understanding of the process offering several options to see which suited best. The customer service from Plympton Connells has been outstanding from the start and has continued to be so throughout the process. As a first time buyer, Lewis got me in to see the property inquired about very quickly, was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and completely supported me through the early stages. Since the offer was accepted Connells has been there for me through every aspect of the transaction and made it very clear that they were there if I ever wanted to check anything which helped massively as a first time buyer. They responded to emails and calls very quickly which has made everything run smoothly. When I came to a potential issue on the side of the solicitors, Connells were there for me and dealt with it quickly and efficiently which has helped ease a lot of stress. Professional in every aspect and would definitely recommend!
Very poor by Connells today. my parents were booked I'm for a 430pm viewing on a rented house in plymstock and the estate agents completely no showed. rang the office multiple times and none of them had a clue. apparently Rebecca from plympton was meant to do it but must have double booked as she was at another viewing elsewhere at the time. told they would get a phonecall back and heard nothing since. embarrassingly bad customer service. leaving viewers stranded outside and zero communication p. a simple phonecall apologising and rescheduling would have been the most basic service and my parents didn't even get that. pathetic.
