   Worked here for 3 weeks. Colleague I worked with was very rude and a bully. Not for me. I'll find a job where I'm respected and valued. Put my all into the job too to be constantly criticized. Managers didn't give a dam.

   I have just left officlean due to the treatment I have received by staff. I have mental health issues and loved working at the site I was on but when your used and made to feel like dirt as well as constantly been called "tapped in the head" "not right in the head" it is wrong. I was threatened by supervisor in front of area manager nothing done or said about it. I was used to play games so the area manager could have her daughter in law take over my job slowly I was moved around the site. I was told all along if I have a issue go to my supervisor I had one which was raised by a member of staff on site as I couldn't manage it myself I contacted my supervisor just to have a threatening phone call off my area manager which resulted in me feeling so low I tried to take my own life on site, but she was smart enough to use her daughter in law whenever she felt like contacting me. I was even asked to record any conversations I had with the supervisor which they are now best friends with and people on site no longer trust me and all this is down to the area manager, supervisor and the area managers daughter in law. Overall I loved working for officlean but I would NEVER recommended anyone working for them like I was told plenty of times cleaners are easy to replace too them. I am also currently pregnant all of which all 3 members of staff know but still tried me the way they did which also caused myself to need a day off work as I was rushed to hospital for possible miscarriage due to the stress. Anyone thinking of joining please rethink cause if for any result you dont click with these people they will bully, victimise and mistreat you until they get what they want which is you out of the company!!!
