   I don’t normally write reviews but after having Thomas James Lettings look after 3 of our rental properties for the last 9 years I thought it was about time to spread the word on their excellent service. Thomas James Lettings have a knack of making the management of property rental look so easy, be it from finding good new tenants in record time so there is no loss of rental income between tenancies, 9 times out of 10 this is usually within days. To looking after the tenants and the properties with helpful advise and a guiding hand for both landlord and tenant. Thomas James Lettings team are efficient and professional providing a service that is just right, not overloading us with meaningless bumph and scare mongering but clear and concise communication that comes straight to the point that is being communicated. Thomas James Lettings have an exhaustive list of highly competent tradespeople to quickly and efficiently deal with any problem that may arise. We have always found the tradespeople prompt, kind and considerate as well as being competitively priced (none of that agent excessive mark up / kick back). With Thomas James Lettings helping us we have felt safe and secure in letting our largest asset, property, out to tenants and to help us negotiate the minefield of assured shorthold tenancy and all the joys and tribulations that come with it, thank you Thomas James Lettings.

They take care of it with tenants that are always respecting the property . They are always on phone .if we have any concerns . There accounting is always up to date .
