   Primark is a go-to store for affordable fashion and everyday essentials. It’s perfect if you want trendy clothes, shoes, and accessories without breaking the bank.    Very bad customer service. I visited primark recently , seriously there workers had not manners how to treat customers. Even one of them mistreated me only for opening 2 shirts for checking my correct size . But he misbehaved me , and told me , measure your size from home and just take the one . Don't open shirts and check size here . . It's really disappointing thing . No doubt clothe variety is good but workers behavior are too rude and bad.

Lovely accessories, awesome cosmetics range from beauty and hair products and hair accessories All staff members are amazing, welcoming, friendly, helpful and extremely supportive. They all welcome with a positive attitude and lovely smile Mash’Allah. Whichever department they belong to from clothing department to cosmetics department they all work their way to making it better and more better each day and all year round whatever season, festive time they have amazing products, clothing, accessories, shoes, and other household items

   I like to choices at the store and price range to choose from. Payment can be made only at the ground level which increases wait time to make the payment. It would be great if we can pay at each floor rather than going all the way to ground level.

   This is a fairly large store spread of 3 floors, a really good range of items in the homeware section and ladies wear. The kidswear is also good. The staff are mostly friendly. This store is generally very busy on the weekends and at times gets messy.

   I don't know what kind of cheap and low quality contract this branch has with the security management. I haven't seen so rude security in my life anywhere in London. The guy's name is "Khalid", the fat guy at closing. Primark should replace/fire him to atleast maintain its prestige. I might have just let it go and not post anything but he was so rude to a lady after me that I had to mention the guy's name. I understand that they have to manage the store at closing time but this kind of unprofessional and extremely rude attitude affects the store and potential customers.

   Decent prices for decent quality. Would've give 5 stars but i was a bit disappointed for the lack of staff on the floor. They should appoint more people to put in order all clothes what other customers messed up. Overall, very happy about the shop. Highly recommend
