   We recently bought a house through Bradley’s (not by our own choice), and overall the experience left a lot to be desired. Initially, we enquired about a viewing, but due to limited staffing, we were told we’d have to wait a week — not ideal given how quickly properties were being snapped up. We ended up contacting the vendor directly to arrange an earlier viewing, which helped speed up the process. When we eventually had a viewing with Bradley’s, Amanda conducted it. During the viewing, we made an offer, but Amanda came across as quite standoffish and immediately demanded proof of deposit. This approach made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially as we were genuine buyers trying to move quickly. After our offer was accepted, we arranged a survey, which had been confirmed in advance with the Bradley’s team. Unfortunately, when the surveyor turned up at their office, nobody was there — an embarrassing situation that could have easily been avoided. He had to begin with an external survey while waiting to hear back from them. Later, when my wife spoke with Amanda about the incident, she responded with, “It’s done now, what do you want me to do about it?” — an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional comment. Overall, our experience with Amanda and the team at Bradley’s Saltash was disappointing. When it comes time to upsize, we’ll definitely be avoiding Bradley’s.

   I highly recommend Bradleys Saltash. Iain, Tilly and Amanda are a fantastic team and communication is excellent. Viewings were handled brilliantly, and because they suggested a realistic price for my property it allowed for a reasonably quick sale without me having to lower my asking price, and I was therefore very happy with the result!    Needing to sell family home on behalf of father we researched our different options and had meeting with three local estate agents and one online agency. We compared the services, charges and valuations before making our choice. Although online agents may seem attractive given there relatively low charges which they want up front you really do get what you pay for. We decided to go with Bradley’s as they have a high street presence, open and available six days a week, know the local area and have database of potential buyers. Having made our choice we could not have been happier, the house was quickly marketed and sold almost instantly and at 25k over our asking price. Bradley’s managed the EPC and buyers survey all we had to do was empty the house, sale progressed quickly with regular updates from Bradley’s. Iain Christie and his team were friendly and helpful and made what could have been a very stressful time easy. We would definitely recommend and know we made the right choice.

   I can’t fault Bradleys estate agents in Saltash. They are friendly, helpful and very professional and work as a team. When I bought my property in Saltash 14 years ago, they acted as the estate agents that facilitated the purchase; when I rented that property a few years later, they were the managing agents; and when I finally came to sell, recently, they acted as the estate agents for the sale. I would absolutely recommend Bradleys and my thanks, especially to Angela, but also to Amanda and the rest of the team.
