Darren, Karen Chapple sold our leasehold property just before Christmas 2022. My partner and I were recently looking for our first home, we found one home we had an interest in that was unfortunately already let by the Chapples, however, they then contacted us regarding the home we are now in. Karen and Darren were both brilliant, they provided as much detail as possible and kept us completely updated during the whole process. They were extremely responsive after we had put our application in for the house, whom got back to us within 3 days to tell us the house was ours. It was a very quick turn around, from viewing the house to moving in within a two week time frame and that was all thanks to them for being so proactive.
