They finally fixed the escalators. It only took them 19 years! Wouldn't be so bad if half the shop floor wasn't literally the escalator but the central piece has been broken for as long as I can remember but in the last few weeks, finally, it's back to running meaning the lift meant for people with accessibility needs is now more available for those people again!

Spent 25 minutes at the till with 3 people in front of me. Having the same and only person at the till dealing with sorting out the hm app instalment and all the details is a pain. These people should be taken to a side while the till is still running. “Sorry for the wait” doesn’t help.

Maidstone Branch ... terrible, was ignored at the till, left all the clothes at the till - why bother going in the store, totally uninterested staff. The clothes racks were not great, seems to be only Small or XXL in stock. Couldn't find the related items off the website so will just use that from now on. Not sure why I even shop in town any more, just an awful experience. Escalator was out of commission

Awful experience. There were groups of staff both upstairs and down chatting loudly about their personal life. Avoiding contact with customers. The changing room was like a ghost town. Absolutely no contact with staff. Attempting to pay on the self service check out had to involve a very disgruntled employee as it wouldn’t read the label. I was then informed there’s no point pressing the help button as it doesn’t go anywhere. Miserable experience. Miserable staff. The shop used to be buzzing and have helpful staff. Definitely won’t be shopping there again.

I must say the shopping experience is quite good. I likey and got myself a decent sweat shirt but it's a shame no student discount in store... weird.

I wish they would steam the clothes. It looks like a jumble sale shop. Was on holiday a couple of weeks ago and bought from h&m there, everything looked lovely - not the same in the uk

Nice store with a good atmosphere but their online stock is different to the stock within the store
