   So sad to write this as I've been a customer for 4 years and have always been happy with the leggings but the last pair I ordered were nothing like they usually are , the material is awful, no stretch , seem smaller even though they are the same size as I always buy , I'm unfortunately still wearing my old pair which now have holes as they are so comfy and the others aren't, shame as they are the best leggings I've ever bought but something not right with these new ones

   I paid extra for Next day delivery 5 days ago. I haven’t been given any tracking information and my order still hasn’t arrived. I have tried several ways to contact customer care and I still haven’t had a response yet. Would not recommend buying from Lovall and certainly would NOT recommend paying extra for Next day deliver because it won’t come when you want it.

   The Home of leggings and comfort wear Bought my Mom a pair of winter leggings last year and she loved them. She wanted the same again this year for her birthday and she wasn’t disappointed. On time delivery and she is super pleased with the quality. Even better than the previous year. I’ll be buying again for her and I’m sure she will be buying some of the lighter summer gear herself this year. An avid wearer of leggings, she will only buy from Lovall now. Also love the fact that Lovall have now expanded into other areas of comfort wear. Can easily mix and match. Love the brand!

   I recently ordered a few items from Lovall. They arrived super quickly, even with only selecting standard delivery. The light weight tank top is amazing, I Love it! It super comfortable and supportive. The quality is incredible and fit is true to size. The Lightweight leggings are the same quality as the top. They have a deep waistband which is extremely comfortable and flattering. I will definitely be a returning customer.

   I don’t often leave reviews but WOW! I ordered two sets of leggings and i have never come across quality like it, the fit is perfect and comfortable and they feel so well made! As a taller girl it is so hard to find flared leggings and normal leggings to that fit to the right length and these are just perfect. I will definitely be a customer for life now and be back for some more pairs soon!

   The size 14, I had as a requested present, looks like a size 8! And no it won't stretch to a 14, plus the thick waistband barely stretches at all. Love Leggings need to address their sizing. It reminds me of the Chinese companies, if you order your size online and get what looks like a small child's garment, then, probably wouldn't fit the child either.

   I am a UK size 10 in most shops (M&S, Oasis, Next, FatFace etc). I ordered the navy blue cropped leggings. No way would they fit me, I didn't even need to try them on. They look more like a 6 or an 8 max!. The material is thick and so there would be very little give. I need to return these and just a waste of a few £in postage plus the inconvenience of taking them to a shop. Very disappointed

   Super impressed with the product and service! Being pregnant and tall it was looking like an impossible task to find suitable leggings that were also not see through! I came across Love Leggings online to see they did a fit which suited all my needs. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and they were with me by Monday morning! The quality is AMAZING. I quickly ordered another pair and will certainly be a returning customer.

   Inconsistent sizing across ranges. Even if you pick the same label size, different ranges fit differently, some way too tight, some OK. Sizes printed in the legging also don't match what's on the website. For instance, if you're a size 8 you're going to need to pick a size 12 in certain styles - this is insanity. Secondly, Maternity leggings are way too small for bumps, even if you order 2x larger. You won't be able to wear them beyond week 26 as they're too tight, so a waste of money. Not sure any of the designers at Love Leggings have actually researched realistic pregnancy bump girths! I wanted something for week 20 - 40 and I am average size, but this is not the brand for me. The customer service team claim they stretch but fail to understand there's only so much stretch before an item is just digging in. There simply isn't enough fabric in the front of the legging for pregnant tummies. Really disappointed. Refunds take ages too - need to keep chasing.

   Inconsistent Product and Poor Customer Service- Don't Buy! I purchased three pair of these leggings. All arrived on time, but one of the three pair was significantly smaller than the other two. I could get the leggings on, but they were uncomfortable to wear. The other leggings, to my relief, fit better. After wearing the smaller pair, I washed them, according to the instructions given. The pair shrunk, making them impossible to wear. The others I bought all shrunk to some degree, but were still wearable. (The other leggings that did still fit wore poorly and did not hold their shape well after several washes). I decided, after getting back from an emergency trip abroad, to contact the company about the pair that were faulty from the time of receipt- ( I decided to let the issues with the others go, as they were ‘just leggings’ and we all know how quickly they look very worn). The response I got from the company was less than satisfactory. I was asked to measure the leggings, to confirm washing instructions and then told, after 4 emails that nothing could be done for me except a 15% discount on the future purchase of another pair or the same amount refunded. Needless to say, this resolution was not satisfactory as I feel the leggings are faulty from day of purchase and should be replaced. All in all- the products are not consistent size wise, they wash poorly, they bobble in the thigh area and do not last as long as those you buy in a supermarket. Definitely not a good product, not worth the money and the lack of positive customer service is appalling. Don’t buy these leggings! Sent from my iPhone
