   Terrible service... Ordered a school blazer for my son weeks ago and still not arrived in the shop.Have been calling to be told I will get a call back from manager and never got one. Called Saturday to be told they were going to be delivered and would not be closing the shop at 3pm In order to wait for delivery and will get an email when arrived I got no email, called the store and said they were closed. I called the store today as my son starts tomorrow to be told they are still chasing them but can come in and get a size or two bigger which is ridiculous. So my son will be going back to school tomorrow with no blazer

   I was treated unfairly at the store in Kingswinford. I did not get the product I ordered, I did not get my money back and I had to go back to the store more than once from a far distance with no resolution. I feel bad that we are coerced to do business with this store by the school my children attend. I really wish I have more options regarding school uniforms and other supplies. Really abysmal service!

   UPDATE!! THIS PLACE ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT ITS DOING.... DONT GO TO TOTAL UNIFORM Crested School Wear Dudley Unit 14, Churchill Shopping Centre Dudley DY2 7BJ Run by people that have no clue... they know full well people need school uniform for new starters yet clearly dont even have the amount they need! And expect people to send their child without correct uniform! But still had no problem taking the money...

   Run out of blazers inreqired size a week and a half before term and none coming in till after term starts. Poor service given this is the time they should plan for all year. Definitely gone downhill since change of ownership
