I visited today as I was passing through, £5 for an old tabacco tin was my first shock but not the last, this place was incredibly overpriced considering both the location and the fact it's a charity shop. The woman on the till was extremely rude to two customers one of whom she'd just made a sale with.
What a great shop. Staff and manager are so helpful, they could not be better. Visit regularly and give plenty of donations, which they are always so grateful for.
The manager there is so rude. I’ve been several times and she’s so dismissive and has an awful attitude. Say thank you and be grateful when donations are brought in. As a result I’ll take my charitable items to somewhere that’s appreciative.
When I first moved to Wolverhampton, I had noticed a charity shop in the complex, me and my friend decided to go in, I had noticed the items and house furniture there, I was quite surprised I was very happy with what me and my friend was seeing, I brought alot of ladies and children's items even shoes and trainers, the quality was absolutely fantastic and good for money, the lady that runs it and her staff was so friendly and amazing, and very helpful, I will always shop there, I rate the the lady and the staff 5 stars, they always make you feel welcome
Certain member of staff extremely RUDE not grateful for donations more concerned about Gift aid! Won’t be taking anything there again. Think we all forget there’s a lot of charities crying out for preloved items & this lady can’t even be bothered to use basic manners!

Great charity shop. Easy to find your size on clothing and has some excellent funds for the home at a reasonable price.
