Very professional & always busy. They explain things well & are thorough in their practice. There is no hard sell & their prices are good compared with some I have paid. Everyone is friendly. I have definitely made progress in my recovery since being treated here, & definitely walk a lot straighter & taller. The treatments are not harsh & care is taken to ensure you are comfortable.
I started on a course of treatment over 2 years ago. I have mild scoliosis and was struggling with muscle tension, sciatica and stiffness. I have had a maintenance programme which has improved my condition tenfold The staff are experienced, collaborative ,professional in their approach. I always receive excellent clientcare. Staff discuss what work will be applied and explain what technique they are going to apply which is super helpful as I have learning difficulties so I do appreciate explanations during treatment.

Visited the clinic for the first time today and was absolutely blown away by the expertise professionalism and attention to detail. Amazingly thorough assessment carried by the owner, who was really polite, professional and charismatic. From the moment I walked in all the staff were really friendly and came across genuinely happy and upbeat, it was a really pleasant experience. Following the initial assessment I was then referred to the new sports therapist who conducting some first stage rehab, again very happy and polite lady and very conscientious and professional. Over the years I have had treatment for various injuries and have visited Physio etc, none of my prior experiences can compare to the state of the art treatment and in depth analysis I have experienced today, Dr Matt and his team are truly amazing, not just for their knowledge and expertise, but also for being such kind wonderful human beings, a real pleasure to be around people who get such enjoyment out of their work and are passionate about the care they provide. I can't recommend this service enough, my daughter has been treated today also and I have already recommended several family members and colleagues in my sport to the Dorsi clinic.
