   My experiences of Pitman training at Nottingham have been delightful. I have completed three courses now and the support from David Rodrigues throughout has been responsive, assistive and motivational. He has helped when I had some technical issues near the beginning of my journey by putting me in touch with the right people to get the problem solved - very efficient. He has been consistently supportive and motivational without being overbearing. I have already recommended the Pitman Training at Nottingham to my friends and would recommend it to anyone wishing to gain certificates and skill updating in their chosen field.

   Incredibly grateful to the Pitman Training team in Nottingham for the wonderful work they do. I was able to achieve the Medical Secretary with City & Guilds/AMSPAR Level 2 Diploma with distinction. The coursework, assignments and exams were challenging but as I completed each module, I became more confident in my knowledge and eager to use these skills. Thanks again to Gemma, Greg and David for your support throughout this time. I'm looking forward to completing Level 3.

   I did the medical terminology course. The team at Pitman regularly checked in with me and the course itself was very detailed and easy to follow. I would have appreciated support from a tutor with medical knowledge to direct subject-related queries to, and additional mock tests to practice with before my exam as we were only provided with one. However, overall, I was very satisfied with the way Pitman supported me during my course and appreciated how friendly they were during what was a particularly stressful and challenging course

   I'm currently doing Bookkeeping Diploma online course. Staff are very friendly, and my learning coach, Gemma has been always getting in touch throughout the course if I have any doubt that need to be sorted. I like the course because is well-structured as it has enough exercises after the explanations to fully understand every lesson. Because I have full time job, is quite advantageous the flexibility of studying remotely and being able to study at home but also requires a great sense of organisation and commitment.

   Doing a course remotely is not the easiest thing to do. Gemma kept in touch regularly- I do think it would be helpful to have support from someone who has studied the course you are actually doing in order to offer a bit more understanding. And also access to more than one practice paper would have been very helpful, when I asked I was told I could do that one as many times as I liked….when really access to different questions is what I needed. Overall though the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful!
