After an awful experience with Vicky at the Bentley Bridge store, I went to the Wolverhampton St. Marks branch where I was helped by Janet. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish β patient, kind, and genuinely caring. She worked with Apple to get the reference number needed, kept me informed the whole time, and even checked if I was comfortable before serving other customers. She completely turned my stressful day around and made sure everything was resolved properly. Janet is a credit to Argos and a perfect example of how customer service should be. I left this store feeling listened to, respected, and valued. If you want helpful staff who actually care, come here and ask for Janet.

βββββ My experience at the Bentley Bridge Argos in Wolverhampton was absolutely atrocious and left a very sour taste in my mouth. However, after speaking with Janet at the St. Markβs Street Argos (inside Sainsburyβs) in Wolverhampton, she completely turned things around. She was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful, providing the correct information and making sure my refund was processed smoothly. Janet is fantastic β a true asset to Argos β and a prime example of the customer service people expect. Argos needs more customer service advisors like her. Absolutely brilliant.

Absolutely appalling service from Lata at the Argos store inside Sainsbury's in Wolverhampton. Not only was she rude, but she also displayed anger towards me, which was completely uncalled for. I was taken aback by her aggressive tone and condescending attitude. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when I'm trying to make a purchase. Lata's behavior was unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. Until they take steps to improve their customer service and train their staff to handle customers with compassion, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same." I been to return laptop I bough 2 days back. I did not use the laptop I just opened and logged in and thatβs it reset back because it was too small for me. I explained to lady I need to return it back because i need bigger screen than this laptop. She check everywhere no problem nothing than she come back to me and she was like I canβt take this back as it has finger prints on screen. I explained to her it could be when I try to open the laptop. She refused to take back because it has finger prints on screen. What the hell that is??? Can someone explain please. I returned apple iPad even I used for a week I did not like for some reason. Searisouly please donβt waste your money here. Otherwise ask them. Return policy : 14 days but canβt take it back because it has finger prints on. Please donβt water your money here

Easy access to Argos through Sainsbury used the lift to bring goods 2 TV,s from Argos, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the car park in Sainsbury is such an easy access for shopping. Very pleased.

Absolutely terrible, no customer service at all. The Asian girl KIRAN I think her name is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. I went to return a faulty item and she didn't even want to listen to hear what the fault was. She just gave me back the item and said sorry we can't accept it because the other items that came with the item aren't inside the box, which they clearly were if she bothered to check. The item was faulty and was still in the 30 day return policy!, So why can't I return a faulty item even when I have discussed the fault and did all the troubleshooting with the item original company and they told me to go and return to the store and get your money back or get a replacement. this has happened many times with me she never listens and is always rude. And the managers are also rude and i think all the staff and managers are racist. So we eventually went to the Bentley bridge store and they returned the item with no problem at all, there customer service is the best. However in Wolverhampton raglan street they all need to go and learn what customer service is.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. My partner and I came into the store today to purchase 2 items which we did on the screens, we opted to pay at the screen via card but that did not work. So queued 10 minutes at the kiosk to be served. We were given a number to wait at the collection desk and was told there would be a 3 minute wait. 3 minutes into waiting to collect our items our number flashed on screen to tell us our order was ready. We went to the desk and the young lady we spoke to said our order wasnt ready yet. So we continued to wait. 3 or 4 people who came after us got their items before us. It was then we realised that our items were sitting on the shelf behind the kiosk since before we even got to the collection point. We were waiting 15 minutes for items that were sat behind the staff the entire time. Furthermore, we asked for a bag at the till when we were paying but the lady did not put it through. So even after waiting for a prolonged amount of time, we were asked to pay 20p for a carrier bag! I think this is absolutely disgraceful and I am appalled by the sheer lack of customer service we were given today.

Good Argos store. Fairly big and in a really good location on a retail park. Only 4 star as as it's in such a good location the store gets busy at times. Although the most I've waited was 10 mins for a product. So whist busy the service is still fairly quick. Credit to the staff there.
