I had completed my PGCEi and had already been accepted for a Masters before the whole process with Nottingham descended into a complete shambles. I was given incorrect information about fees, essential questions about modules and costs went unanswered, and communication across departments was chaotic. No one took responsibility at any stage. After a three-month complaint process, in which the University even acknowledged errors, they still refused to refund the Β£50 application fee β a fee they effectively took for doing nothing. Iβve since joined Queen Margaret University for the same course at less than half the price, and the professionalism has been on a completely different level. With Nottingham, itβs clear that people are paying extra for an unearned sense of prestige, not for quality or service. I would strongly advise applicants to exercise caution when dealing with Nottingham, especially if you are an international student taking the course from overseas. Farcical beyond belief. Zero stars. Do better, Nottingham. Much better!

A brisk walk today around the University Park and lake. Itβs a lovely flat walk on the Boulevard side with some hight changes on the Uni side. Easy access on foot, by car or on the trams , which is what we took from Toton. I took a lot of photos in the Autumn sunshineβ¦

The University of Nottingham is one of the most beautiful campuses Iβve ever visited. The architecture blends historic elegance with modern design, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere. Buildings like the Trent Building reflect the universityβs rich history. The green spaces are exceptional vast lawns, mature trees, and vibrant gardens make the campus feel like a park. The lake at the heart of University Park is a peaceful retreat where students and visitors can relax, walk, or simply enjoy the view.

University of Nottingham is a great place to be. Going there for my offer-holder day was one of the best choices I have made. It was insightful, mind blowing and beautiful. Its big and there are more than one (2, I think) campuses and they looked sustainable, beautiful and one is undergoing some construction work. It is one of the best unis in UK.

it's a beautiful university, and one of the top ones in all of UK. The campuses are extremely pretty with lush green parks, tress everywhere, and lakes. You'll see so many birds and animals around you, ducks, pigeons, geese, and deer, it's crazy. To be here is to be in the midst of nature while still living a modern day life!

Did my BA, MA and PhD here. At every stage I looked at other place but nothing matched the warmth and welcome I got from the staff at Nottingham. The campus is beautiful and sports facilities are incredible!

Visited University Park (Highfields) with 2 of our grandchildren. We had a great time. Adventure Golf, Football Golf, Boating on the lake, nice Car Park, Toilets and a great children play ground. Plenty of wildlife and trees.

The university has some lovely grounds to walk through and iconic buildings. Highfields Park and the Lakeside Art Centre are open to the public. It is a nice place to visit to relax and unwind. Can't review or comment on the actual university and services provided as not used.
