   The messiest and most unorganised store I’ve ever been to. B&M stores are usually on the messier side but this was just unreal. The packaging of almost every item I picked up had been torn open or damaged in some way. Multiple items were out of date. There were boxes and trolleys blocking most of the aisles. I hope I never have to shop here again.

   Great selection but staff in no rush to serve. In the end a customer said to a member of staff "don't you have anymore staff" then an announcement was made and another till opened. Surely with huge queues and slow moving tills a manager would of recognised this? I waited over 20 mins. Thank goodness a customer managed the staff.

   As all B&M stores, this sells a wide range of products at reasonable prices. For example, household supplies, food, toiletries, cleaning products, mop, buckets, ironing boards, bathroom section, kitchen & electrical products, soft furnishings, cushions, bedding, stationary, etc. I good alround store. I highly recommend a visit.

   B&M is always a good place to shop when home decorating or simply wanting a fresh a change. I had shopped at my local branch today purchasing many goods for my kitchen. I bought a bin which was left open on the sales floor & had asked 2 assistants if any more were in stock, sadly there wasn't, another assistant helped me with my goods to my car & reassured me that the bin could be changed if any problems. To my surprise upon opening the bin it was dented in a few places. Fortunately I live local and headed straight back to return, Nick, of the mangers was more than helpful and very understanding who changed the item for a much better one with a complimentary box of celebrations.. a very kind gesture of & great customer service.. thank you very much.
