I only ever see bad reviews on Google. No one takes the time to write a nice review for good service and just spit out whatever vile things come to their mind if they have one bad experience that gets rectified in the end. I have used this shop for the last year and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and the shop is clean and tidy. The abuse these HUMAN BEINGS go through because customers dont know what they are talking about is disgusting. I would give these guys a 5 star review everyday if I could even though I know that someone will ruin it next week with a unavailable opinion. Thank you Cash Converters Bilston for making every transaction a pleasurable experience. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.
Really disappointed brought a laptop and asked the lady I need one specifically for word documents, went home and set it up to find its not supported... brought it back and they said they can't take it back and the most they can do is pay me £50 when I brought it for 100... they then tried to offer me a laptop for the same price with lower specs. Will not visit again and I will put in a formal complaint.
Cash Converters Bilston – Avoid This Place I had a really disappointing experience with Cash Converters Bilston. I bought a laptop from them, only to find when I got home that it had clearly been dropped — there was visible damage to the corner and signs it had hit the ground. I took it back, expecting a refund or at least a fair discussion. Instead, they immediately accused me of being the one who damaged it. They claimed they had photos of the laptop in good condition before the sale, but when I asked to see the pictures, they refused. Their excuse was that the images had “customer data” in them and couldn’t be shown due to GDPR, which honestly feels like a poor excuse to avoid taking responsibility. In my opinion, this is not how you treat customers. Refusing to show evidence while denying a refund feels shady at best. I’d recommend staying well away from this store — once they’ve got your money, good luck getting any help. One star. I won’t be going back.
Staff are absolutely lovely and always happy to help me and my partner when we come inside! We love buying cards and we can often spend a while inside, chatting to the staff ect ect. They’ve always been friendly and willing to help :)
Brilliant customer service, the manager Liam is a top bloke who very understanding regarding peoples circumstances. I would definitely recommend this place.
Never been a a fan off CC but this store is excellent with great staff other stores CC stores should take a leaf out off there book

Spacious store with a layout that is orderly and clearly displayed. The staff are welcoming and have always served me quickly and efficiently. If you do need to pawn something, I recommend Cash Converters, rather than Cash Generators because they give you a better price for your things. For example, I pawned the same item I'd pawned a few months previously in Cash Generators and I got an extra £25 more for it!! They also have a range of items for sale and they always have a good price. You don't feel like you're being had over when you buy something from this store: instead you feel like you got a great deal that's well worth the money! Can't fault it
Went to see what iphones they had available. Only to my surprise guy with real life snake walks in scared an old lady out the shop... had the whole of town around cash converters.. didn’t even up buying a phone cause of the attention drawn. Was lovely to see tho as staff seemed very friendly and relaxed with the snake... was totally surprised to see live snake in Bilston
