   I went today after work for buying gift wrapping paper and some sweets and one of the staff member told me like they have at till and I looked at till there is no any paper then I went back to look the back side till it’s like 5:59 closing time I can understand but one of the Indian staff member he shouted on me and he was very rude I know it’s their job but if someone in the store they need to care about it even they all talking about me my back this was the worst experience I have in my life seriously shame on them specially on Indian staff Also one Indian lady she was also very rude plz don’t go there

   The tills are to small. Everything drops onto the floor once there is to many items, everry time a item drops or moved you need a cashiers permission to keep shopping. overall i would rate 0 stars if possible. at this point the cashiers should scan the items themselves. i cant imagine what its like for the elderly

   I always find the staff who are stocking the shelves to be rude. Once before I literally heard one of them complaining on the headset about customers being in her way. They just seem to have so much contempt and a bad staff culture towards customers.

   Shopping experience was fine one of the staff a young Asian woman with blonde hair wearing a mask was VERY rude at self serve scanners. A lot of attitude towards older people very condescending. Disgusting.

   Today,I visit in Poundland Wolverhampton with my friend, I just looking something nd staff said it’s closing time but that 10 mints left in closing time . I ask to him I just looking little thing (he said in Punjabi dfa kro ena nu ) thats mean get lost those customers . Nd speak very roundly nd loudly with me nd my friend. I don’t know his name otherwise definitely mention his name. Those kind of people not deserve these kind of jobs.

   Nearly everything is a pound or close to it. Plenty of items in stock and good bargains to be found. With self checkouts it's now much easier to shop.

   For being know as a cheap pound shop isn't the case you can get a reasonably priced product and they sell all names of brands and there clothes range is excellent and all the staff are friendly and it makes you want to come back

   Great for homeware,baby products,cleaning, however we did try there pyjamas and only worn twice brought as a Xmas preset for my daughter they aren't very washing machine friendly.

   Cheap and cheerful. Keep an open mind if you're used to classier items at a dearer price. You may get slightly smaller amounts (weight-wise) inside your branded packaged items, but it's worth visiting to save on your hard earned pennies. Some worthwhile household gems, especially decent kitchenware. They've 'recently' started selling packs of 6 jars; for people like me who make chutneys, pickles etc, they're certainly a bargain at under £5 per pack and stand up well against my usual farmhouse kitchen purchases. Without travelling out to our nearest farm supply shop, or ordering online, this is certainly a welcomed item for me. This store sells clothing, giftwrap, groceries, toiletries, toys, media etc. Don't be precious, give it a go.
