Disappointed. Ordered some flowers after looking at the Orchard website. I Choose the "Flowers, Bear and Chocolates Gift Set" the pictures matched the online description - " A lovely gift set that includes a lovely soft toy bear, a box of assorted chocolates and a beautiful arrangement of 6 of the finest red roses." Obviously the price £50 reflected it was Valentines Day. So you can imagine my reaction and disappointment when my wife came home with the flowers when i noticed not one Red Rose instead they were pink. When i spoke to the lady on the phone at no time was i told they had no red roses i even confirmed code . I even paid a extra £10 to add some red carnations to bulk out the flowers. The description also said box of assorted chocolates instead they sent a box of raspberry flavoured ones. I feel i have been ripped off.

I firmly believe when you're disappointed with something you've purchased, you as a customer have a right to complain if its not to a certain standard. Additionally when you complain, you should be heard, not dismissed, shut down, talked over and made out to be a liar. Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right?' Anyway in a nutshell... substandard work, the ugliest wreath with flowers not in proportion to the size of the overall tribute. Barely sprayed. It wasn't so much the sad condition of the wreath that led me to leave a review, it's the attitude of the staff when pointing out my disappointment. If you're unable to deliver in whatever timescale afforded, say so. Don't take people's hard earned money and then ask them 'what do you want me to say about it?' when it looks a mess!! Wish I recorded the call. Ridiculous. Its a NO from me.
