Highly recommend KS Dance Academy. After years of not dancing I have throughly enjoyed getting backing into dancing by attending the adult classes. Miss Kristy makes her classes fun, inclusive and the right amount of challenge. Very welcoming dance school!
This is an exceptional dance school with very kind and nurturing teachers. My 9 year old daughter adores her weekly ballet, tap, modern, acro, commercial and musical theatre classes. Every child is treated as an individual and in my daughter’s words she really feels ‘part of something’. Miss Kristy has built a real community where young people can be themselves, make friends and develop their love of dance. The school is run very professionally with excellent communication with parents. The opportunities to perform and progress are endless including exams, competitions, local community events and yearly shows. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a professional and nurturing environment for their child.
My daughter attends Miss Kristy's Primary ballet, modern and tap class and absolutely loves it. We've been coming since Baby Ballet which was so sweet, and moving into the older class has been great for her confidence. Miss Kristy and Miss Jess are very kind and look after the dancers really well, and make sure they have lots of fun as well as following the right curriculum for their level and age. Their move to the new venue of the lovely dance studio at Bingham Arena is fantastic and the end of year show at the theatre at the High School is so impressive and highly professional. A great experience for the dancers to work towards and be involved in.
Highly recommend KS Dance! Our two daughters love attending their ballet, tap, modern, acro and musical theatre classes with Miss Kristy and her team. It is great to see their technique and confidence improve over time in a supportive environment, enhanced by the opportunity to regularly perform in well-organised shows and dance festivals, all of which they thoroughly enjoy.
Great dance school. My daughter has been attending Lyrical Contemporary, ballet, tap and acro for the last 3 years and she loves it. Her confidence has grown so much. Miss Kristy and her team are great teachers and offer lots encouragement. Amazing year end shows to showcase all the hard work the teachers and students have put in.
KS Dance is a wonderful dance school with something for everyone. Miss Kristy and her team are welcoming and encouraging with the right balance of fun and good teaching to support developing dancers of all levels and aspirations. My children attend musical theatre, jazz, preschool ballet and tap classes which they love. Adult Ballet and lyrical are also wonderful. As a someone who loved to dance as a child and missed it once adult life got in the way, discovering KS Dance academy has brought real the joy to me too!
