   To say I was nervous about starting the X5 week beginners salsa class is a big understatement, but from the minute I entered the room, the teachers and regulars made me feel welcome and at ease, and promoted a very inclusive, safe, fun and friendly environment. I am a complete beginner and feel energised from stepping massively outside of my comfort zone by trying something new. It has been great for me to learn how to be comfortable laughing at myself and not taking my mistakes too seriously, whilst seeing slow but steady progress over the 5 weeks. This has been made possible by the effective teacher techniques and their patience. I'm now looking forward to the next 5 weeks of intermediate classes :-) So much fun!
