If we base our opinions and expectations based off of the outside 'look' of the building, you would probably not have that great of an opinion of the place. I mean it really does not look that great from the outside. Fair amount of overgrowth surrounding the theatre and the theatre itself for a prestigious institution is an ugly cube. Looks are not everything though, the staff were accommodating when I visited and suggested a good time to take images. The students there too were also very helpful when I couldn't even figure out how to open the door to get out of the place. The only real thing in my eyes that brings the score down is outside appearance which is a shame. (definitely ignore that though the place is very good)
If you want training to the highest levels in all aspects of performance, that'll truly make you ready for the industry this is the place for you!
