   Clare’s flowers are always the most wonderfully presented and the arrangements she makes are truly exceptional. My family and I have been using her for years and have never been let down with her service. The shop is beautiful and always greeted with the most welcoming smile off Clare. 100% would recommend this wonderful lady and her flowers for every occasion. Truly a very talented lady with the best flowers in the business.

   I am extremely disappointed with this florist. We ordered flowers for my Moms Celebration of Life— a very important and emotional occasion — and not only were they not ready on time, but the arrangement was completely different from what we requested. We went to collect as arranged and were met with a blank look amd told to come back and hour later from the other side of town. The flowers looked poorly put together, showing a complete lack of care or attention to detail. For something as meaningful as this, this level of negligence is unacceptable. We paid good money expecting professionalism and compassion, but instead received carelessness and poor quality. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable service

   I ordered flowers from this shop for my mum’s celebration of life gathering, with a set time arranged for collection. When I arrived, the florist looked surprised to see me and admitted the flowers hadn’t even been started. We were told to return an hour later, but when my son and partner went back, it was clear the arrangements had been thrown together last-minute and the message on the ribbon was incorrect. This was an incredibly important and emotional day for our family, and I had trusted the shop to handle the flowers with care and professionalism. Sadly, the lack of preparation and attention to detail added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this level of disappointment on such an important occasion

   Ordered and collected a very last minute funeral arrangement and bouquet. Clare was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone and even more genuine when I popped in the shop to choose and pay. The shop is lovely and has lots of options to suit all occasions and budgets including gifts,cards and much more than the average florists. Clare was very helpful,patient not to mention it really was a stress free task. I will definitely be popping in more often. Thank you!

   Beautiful flowers. I wanted a spur of the moment bouquet for my daughter and the assistant took the trouble to select long stemmed roses and, she removed the thorns by hand before selecting appropriately coloured wrapping paper and tastefully arranging the blooms. I was very impressed and also appreciated being acknowledged as soon as I entered the shop even though staff were delaying with another customer. I will certainly be using Clare's again.

   Little bit late with this review as I went to the shop back in August however because of the service given I could not let this go by. My experience with Clare’s Florists was outstanding, I ordered flowers last minute but got stuck in motorway traffic travelling back home from London on the way to collect the flowers however the lady waited for me to arrive, even though I’d already paid. The flowers when collected were truly out of this world, elegant and beautiful to say the least, and that’s coming from a guy who doesn’t get impressed much, and too top it off the customer service was honest, caring, a real joy all in all absolutely brilliant. This will be my number one stop shop for all flowers needed from now on, many thanks
