Ordered a 7 balloon bouquet to be delivered same day for my nephew 5th birthday. Hollybush Florist promote order by 1pm for same day delivery to which I ordered at 10:18am. I recieved email confirmation of my order, and then just a waiting game to hear an exciting thank you phone call from my nephew to no avail. Hours went by still in hope of that call then at 20:18 receive an email of a refund??? Had no other form of communication ref this order, and my nephew stayed up waiting for his door bell surprise that never arrived. Don't trust the service this company offer, massive huge let down. Not recommended.
