His energy and enthusiasm rubs off on us all. Ranging from improv sessions, different acting methods, short scene filming, monologues to pantos and screen schools. Whatever level you are at, you'll find this a perfect place for your development.

   I have gone to a few different acting classes around the area and this is the one I’ve chosen to stick with. At other places I was given a script from a scene to have a go at, and that was about it. Tim actually teaches the craft of acting, he teaches the techniques that are taught in the top drama schools and used by professional actors. Thanks for providing these amazing classes for such a reasonable price Tim!

   Cannot recommend The Actor's Workshop highly enough. The classes are fun, knowledge filled and very welcoming to people from all walks of life. Tim Bryn Smith is an amazing teacher and offers a supportive environment in which it is easy to develop both on a personal and a professional level. Additionally screen school is a fantastic intensive screen acting course that runs over 4 days and gives you the opportunity to be hands on both behind and in front of the camera, to increase your knowledge exponentially and become super confident, you are also guaranteed to make new friends.

   Absolutely outstanding Workshop & such wonderful people to be around. Tim the owner is a super talented Director and Actor, who's fantastically focused and dedicated, to single handedly supporting every individual that joins. From online Workshops to face to face sessions, theres something for everyone. Each week I learn new things about acting and myself. It's an empowering experience and humbling at the same time. Some of my favorite activities so far have included, script reading practice, attending Screen School, and taking part in a Showreel Shoot to name a few. In a nutshell, if you haven't been to the Actors Workshop Nottingham, then you have not lived my friend!

   Joining The Actors Workshop has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, friendly and supportive and Tim is a great teacher who encourages, guides and helps you develop with confidence. The weekly classes are brilliant and there’s always something to take part in like Screen School, showreel, writing classes and voice over workshops. I had never done any acting but always wanted to and The Actors Workshop couldn’t of been a better place to start! I’ve fallen in love with acting and I’m enjoying being me. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

   The best group of people to be around if your thinking of acting. Tim is a great Teacher is helps you with everything you need to go out there and have a go at acting. Classes cover, showreels, voiceover work, audition skills and mainly confidence building. I highly recommend joining, you’ll not regret it.

   Forty years after my father said an emphatic 'NO' to Drama School, I joined TAW and have enjoyed ten months of superb training and coaching. Realizing I'm more theatrical than suited to TV and Film led me to the voice-over workshop. Now I have MP3 files for potential casting, as well as a lifetime of Audio Books waiting to be recorded!
