   Came to have a piercing today with my sister. Not my first piercing with Fran as she has done several others for me and my sister also. Fran is an amazing piercer who takes pride in what she does and takes time to ensure you like the placement and jewellery. Me and my sister not only got new pretties but also had a laugh and a good time. Always a pleasant piercing experience here and I will be back for more

   Had my nose piece and all staff was so welcoming my experience was amazing the lady who did my piercing was amazing very clean and sterilised help to understand the the procedure of the piercing and was happy to answer any questions and avoid me on the best things to keep it nice and clean which they sell as well she also did my daughter's piercing the same time. Very happy with them. They have amazing thing in the shop too from candle - statues - crystals- jewellery thank you all staff see you all soon

Was directed upstairs where the piercing lady was absolutely fantastic, so professional & knowledgeable; I was instilled with confidence & then her piercing technique was spot on - barely felt a thing!    I visited the shop and studio yesterday as I have been recommend to go and see Fran for a new piercing. All the staff in the shop are so welcoming and friendly when you first walk in. You could clearly see every staff member advising and recommending to customers on different products (which is refreshing as a lot of places staff just stand there not willing to help) the atmosphere was so positive. When I saw Fran for my piercing I can honestly say by far the best experience I have had. Fran is very knowledgeable and confident at what she does. Not only that she is super friendly which is a plus for me because it calms my nerves. Her reception area makes me feel like I'm at home and the studio is hygienically clean. Nothing was too much trouble her. There is no doubt that I will be returning again again and I'm strongly recommending to visit Fran and her Family to this quiant little gift shop in wolves.
