The college has the worst customer service. Almost every call you make and inquire about a course ends with the course isn't running. No course is being offered or they are technically locking out people.

Experience at city hub is abysmal. There is no support for real reasons at this college, or at the other buildings under Nottingham College. The only support that is available and proactive are the LGBT support groups… If you plan on attending the college to complete English Language or Literature be wary of the infamous teacher Harry. He is a nightmare to learn under and regularly berates and bullies challenged students.

After a bad experience due to severe bullying at HP, my teen tried to attend a course at City Hub, was promised the college "would not allow them to be bullied" but low and behold the bully from HP was also attending city, the bullying continued ,severely affecting the continued MH difficulties my teen has. College did nothing to sort the bullying and ended up withdrawing my teen due to "their mental health needs" If you're child has additional needs or poor mental health Avoid this college. It's disappointing as they claim to have a zero tolerance towards bullying, but unless there's physical violence they don't do anything, and actually support the bully and blame the victim.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Friendly environment but quite lazy teachers and a huge disappointment leading me to fail because I was promised support with special medical documents but they treated me like every student. Thought I would be impressed well I am not, noisy people, unpleasant way to even focus anywhere on the campus ( constant screaming, shouting or running down corridors) I wouldn’t recommend here if your looking to learn your hardest. Better off going to Oxford or other colleges above 4 stars. Just a simple college that teachers talk about their life’s during lessons, short time lesson and waste peoples time by just sending them home because they are “sick”. One more thing I was promised also everything done in time well the teachers left and couldn’t finish a unit in time which led to me stressing and causing me to fail my year.

Terrible experience when I went to the open evening for the Business course with my son. One of the tutors was particularly rude to people. I came away with a very bad impression. My son then went for an interview for the course and he was again very unimpressed. I also worry about the safety aspect, considering the recent event. Needless to say, he won't be going there.

Sort out security measures, all I ever hear from my apartment is alarms which feels like on a frequent basis for long period of time, on several occasions all night the alarms have been going off! Who wants to hear constant alarms on any day during the week!

Excellent meal, and great value. We went on 'game night' and really enjoyed the food. Service as usual was very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!

please don't come here if you have ADHD or autism, especially not both, they won't tell you anything. the communication here is nonexistent and so is the welfare and mental health. it's so easy to get lost, it's horrible.

Worse experience ever , did 1 year of Film and TV production and lecturers barely know how to each. They missed out so much , for example , they made us do a project but didn't teach us the mains and the principles which are editing videos and so on. Graphics module is even worse , had to do zoom calls for a module that should've been taught face to face. Sometimes they dont even attend to lectures. Rooms weren't even available majority of the time and literally people paying 9k for what ? 95% of students either dropped out or failed due to the lack of support and teaching. You can complain but nothing will happen. Course structure wasn't even that good , they taught things that weren't even relevant to the course. Their cameras and equipment's aren't even reliable and not good tbh. Hygiene is even more shocking. They will say to you that "we spent millions and thousands on college development and teaching" they couldn't even afford to buy a new sofa for people to use down the hall way. Broken elevator and if you're disabled or have a disability then good luck as their lift is probably the worst. Aggressive security guards as well , went to the city hub to get equipment's didn't let as apparently I'm not registered with them. Stairs /steps inside Adams building almost gonna collapse and Don't even know why they still let people use them. This is heads up for people and don't be deceived by what you see on their website seriously.
