Next level service. My yoyo had a bust rear wheel and rear brake and they somehow had the perfect spare part that I couldn’t find anywhere else online. And they were so helpful over WhatsApp with instructions on how to fix it. Good as new now!
Overwhelmingly disappointing and frustrating. We booked our service, and the initial communication was poor (didn't reply to emails or phone calls initially, and took a long time to collect the buggy for its repair), but the eventual service was appalling - the photos speak for themselves! (These were the wheels they said they had cleaned and inspected). We had to go to a separate buggy service company (who was AMAZING!) and they picked up on several issues that Buggy Pitstop had missed, one critical issue meaning the frame needed to be completely replaced. Buggy Pitstop were initially helpful after I complained, and helped us source this replacement and offered a full refund for the service, however they have only refunded us less than half of our repair, have not completed the replacement, and have now stopped replying to our emails, despite chasing for several weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix their mistakes, but this service is now just unacceptable. I will not be back, and would not recommend.
INCREDIBLE 5 star ⭐️ service by all the team at Buggy Pitstop. Not only was the cleaning absolute perfection, the customer service here is unmatched. We had our pram kindly cleaned (toddler seat & bassinet - the toddler seat had honestly seen better days) alongside the footmuff & our baby seat - & honestly it’s as if we bought it all from the store, as good as new - actually better! Thank you for being so kind, accommodating & efficient. Great communication & professionalism from everyone & we would especially like to thank Katie & Aziz. Thank you a million times over & we will definitely be back in the future!
Buggy Pitstop did a brilliant job with a buggy that had seen better days. It's come back immaculate, with tyres fully repaired and it really is almost as it was new. I dealt with Katie who was really responsive and went above and beyond to come and collect the buggy from my home after dpd let me down with collection, as I had a very small window of when I needed the buggy returned by. The price is reasonable and the service is top-notch and the buggy looks great. Highly recommend!
Buggy Pitstop cleaned and refurbished my Bugaboo Butterfly (which had seen better days) and it feels and looks like a new pushchair now. I would thoroughly recommend them and thought the service was good value for money. They are also very easy to contact and happy to help with delivery and collection questions.
Very impressed with this company. We own a travel pram from a lesser-known brand that broke down during the holidays. Buggy Pitstop was very prompt in their response; while the pram's brand was not one they support, they took the time to look at the picture I had sent and to suggest alternative ways to repair it, which I eventually was able to do. I really appreciated the advice and concern shown towards my time and money by not suggesting the option that would have been potentially more lucrative for Buggy Pitstop.
Brilliant service - brought my yo-yo in with a broken wheel and everything was checked and fixed within 20 minutes. So helpful & child-friendly too, gave us tips to keep new wheels in good working order in future & didn’t mind my 21 month old playing in the reception while we waited. Yo-yo feels like new again! I just received my buggy back - all I can say is WOW it looks brand new. So impressed! Buggy Pitstop thank you so much the repair the clean is 10 out 10 and I got the buggy back earlier than expected! Will definitely come back to you again.
I have just received my buggy back from Buggy Pitstop. They turned it around for me in 48 hrs and it is incredible - it looks better than it did when it was brand new! I was initially uncertain about whether I wanted to spend the money on a professional clean/service but am really glad I did now. I’m hard to please and I’m really impressed! Would thoroughly recommend.
Took my 7 year old Uppababy Cruz in as part of a tune up event, main concern was a sticky front wheel. I was told parts and labour would be free! I was still waiting for the catch but 4 new wheels and a replacement basket later there was no catch! I’m still quite stunned to be honest. The initial outlay for premium buggies is fairly eye watering, but with aftercare like this it now seems worth every penny. Staff were incredibly polite and friendly, only wish I’d known about the place and it’s attached showroom when I first purchased the buggy as so much nicer to support an independent retailer .
